FAQ

  1. Price and payments

    1. How much a coffee, purchased through Moment N, will cost me?

For Singapore, the prevailing price of a capsule (1 capsule = 1 coffee) is SGD 0.98 when Nespresso Singapore provides a machine. If a Nespresso Pro machine is already available at work, the coffee price depends on the contract that your company has entered into with Nespresso Singapore.

The total number of capsules selected per variety must be a multiple of 50 for packaging reasons.

The price of the order displayed on the website and communicated to a Group Member when such Group Member enters his or her consumption needs, is only indicative. Accordingly, this price communicated during the ordering process by the Group Member might not be the final one. The price of the capsules would be determined by Nestlé after all parameters are taken into consideration only after the Group Administrator has placed the order (which contains the consolidated needs of the Group Members under the same Group) with Nespresso Singapore. At this stage, the exact price is communicated to the Group Administrator and individually to each Group Member by e-mail. Group Administrators also have clear visibility of the amount due to them by each Group Member on the “order page”, as the wallets of each Group Member are updated when the order is processed.

Capsules delivery is free of charge.
